K-12 Online School - Karval, Colorado Online School K-12

There are several steps that each family needs to complete before admission to Karval Online Education will be granted.  Completing the application will only reserve an application spot, not guarantee admission.  Please complete all forms in the following boxes and submit the necessary paperwork that is listed on the Enrollment Checklist.  If you have any questions about the enrollment process please call the office toll free at (866) 375-3404.  Please note that it is not necessary to print the complete Parent and Student Handbook unless you desire.

In order to expedite enrollment and class registration, parent AND student email addresses are required on the Student and Family information forms.

Application Packet
The Student Information Form and the Immunization Form must be filled out once for each child enrolling.
