What's a pedometer?

A pedometer is a small device you wear on your belt that automatically counts the number of steps you take in a day. This makes tracking your activity in the President's Challenge easy. More advanced pedometers also record other measurements - such as your total distance covered, your average speed, or how many calories you burn.

Graduates

Melissa Deemer – Salutatorian

Melissa Deemer

Melissa plans on going to college to be a registered nurse (RN).  After she graduates, she wants to work at either St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Denver, or at the Memorial Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs.  She loves children and helping them in anyway she can, so being a pediatric registered nurse seems to be the best career for her.
