For the 2025-2026 School Year:

Our teachers enjoy small class sizes, onsite professional development, a competitive benefit package with full health, dental, life, and vision insurance as well as retirement through PERA.  Teachers get paid time off and work a 150-day contract year.  Our 4-day work week allows teachers great flexibility to travel and enjoy weekends.  We also insist on a healthy culture so teachers count on both providing and receiving caring support and prompt help from colleagues.  Join our tight-knit, purpose-driven team.

  • Elementary Teachers (hiring for 2 open positions)
This position is responsible for teaching elementary students core curriculum in ELA, mathematics, social studies, and science. Because of our small size (typically 1 to 3 students per grade level), we combine elementary classrooms. We offer plenty of planning time during the day to support the work involved in planning for two grade levels and work as a team to support each other and our students. Students have 2 recess periods, P.E., and music class each day. Our students are hard-working and kind, making our elementary uniquely peaceful and a great place to practice great instruction without intense classroom management demands.
